Ingredients

  • •40ml Vodka
  • •15ml Strawberry Liquer
  • •20ml Almond-Orgeat Syrup
  • •20ml Lime Juice
  • •10ml Strawberry Puree

Garnish

  • •Sugar rim
  • •Cotton Candy

Method

  1. 1Add all the ingredients into the shaker
  2. 2Shake and strain into a small jar
  3. 3To serve: Tatto glass with a sugar rim, add the cotton candy inside

Plating

Small jar; Cupet glass
