Ingredients
- •40ml El Jimador Reposado
- •20ml Lime Juice
- •15ml Agave Syrup
- •10ml Ginger Syrup
- •1 Pink Grapefruit Soda
Garnish
- •Salt Rim
- •Dry Grapefruit
- •Rosemary
Method
- 1Combine all ingredients except pink grapefruit soda in a mixing tin with ice
- 2Shake and strain over fresh ice in the glass
- 3Top up with pink grapefruit soda
