Cubed & Crushed Ice

Ingredients

  • •40ml El Jimador Reposado
  • •20ml Lime Juice
  • •15ml Agave Syrup
  • •10ml Ginger Syrup
  • •1 Pink Grapefruit Soda

Garnish

  • •Salt Rim
  • •Dry Grapefruit
  • •Rosemary

Method

  1. 1Combine all ingredients except pink grapefruit soda in a mixing tin with ice
  2. 2Shake and strain over fresh ice in the glass
  3. 3Top up with pink grapefruit soda
