Ingredients
- •40ml Limoncello
- •20ml Mataroa Happy Gin
- •10ml Monin Lemon Syrup
- •5ml Fresh Lime Juice
- •150ml Dry Prosecco
- •30ml Soda Water
Garnish
- •Lemon Zest
- •Dry Lemon
- •Rosemary
Method
- 1Put ice into a balloon glass
- 2Pour all the ingredients except for the prosecco
- 3Add the prosecco and soda
- 4Stir gently
- 5Add the garnish
