Ingredients

  • •40ml Limoncello
  • •20ml Mataroa Happy Gin
  • •10ml Monin Lemon Syrup
  • •5ml Fresh Lime Juice
  • •150ml Dry Prosecco
  • •30ml Soda Water

Garnish

  • •Lemon Zest
  • •Dry Lemon
  • •Rosemary

Method

  1. 1Put ice into a balloon glass
  2. 2Pour all the ingredients except for the prosecco
  3. 3Add the prosecco and soda
  4. 4Stir gently
  5. 5Add the garnish
