- •40ml Otto’s Athens Vermouth
- •15ml Plomari Ouzo
- •10ml Monin Lemon Syrup
- •200ml Pink Grapefruit Soda
Garnish
- •Dry Grapefruit
- •Rosemary
Method
- 1Put ice into a balloon glass
- 2Pour the Ottos Athens Vermouth, Plomari Ouzo and Lemon Syrup
- 3Add the pink grapefruit soda
- 4Stir gently
- 5Add the garnish
