  • •40ml Otto’s Athens Vermouth
  • •15ml Plomari Ouzo
  • •10ml Monin Lemon Syrup
  • •200ml Pink Grapefruit Soda

Garnish

  • •Dry Grapefruit
  • •Rosemary

Method

  1. 1Put ice into a balloon glass
  2. 2Pour the Ottos Athens Vermouth, Plomari Ouzo and Lemon Syrup
  3. 3Add the pink grapefruit soda
  4. 4Stir gently
  5. 5Add the garnish
