Top up with ice if needed

Ingredients

  • •40ml Dry Mastic Liquer
  • •20ml Chambord
  • •20ml Lime Juice
  • •2g Mint Leaves
  • •5g Frozen Berries
  • •90ml Elderflower Tonic

Garnish

  • •Frozen Berries (Strawberries)
  • •Mint sprig
  • •Dry Lime

Method

  1. 1Pour all the ingredients into the glass except for the elderflower tonic
  2. 2Put cubed and crushed ice
  3. 3Stir gently
  4. 4Add more crushed ice
  5. 5Top up with elderflower tonic
  6. 6Add the garnish
