Ingredients
- •40ml Dry Mastic Liquer
- •20ml Chambord
- •20ml Lime Juice
- •2g Mint Leaves
- •5g Frozen Berries
- •90ml Elderflower Tonic
Garnish
- •Frozen Berries (Strawberries)
- •Mint sprig
- •Dry Lime
Method
- 1Pour all the ingredients into the glass except for the elderflower tonic
- 2Put cubed and crushed ice
- 3Stir gently
- 4Add more crushed ice
- 5Top up with elderflower tonic
- 6Add the garnish
