  • •400ml Dry Prosecco
  • •40ml Strawberry Liquer
  • •40ml Strawberry Puree
  • •150ml Soda Water
  • •Cut fruit in small triangles
  • •½ Apple
  • •½ Lime
  • •½ Orange
  • •5g frozen berries

Garnish

  • •Frozen Berries (Strawberries)
  • •Mint sprig
  • Bar spoon

Method

  1. 1Pour the wine in the jar (1L) with cubed ice
  2. 2Add the fruits, liqueur and puree into a jar
  3. 3Stir the wine and the fruits
  4. 4Top up with soda water
