- •40ml Strawberry Liquer
- •40ml Strawberry Puree
- •150ml Soda Water
- •Cut fruit in small triangles
- •½ Apple
- •½ Lime
- •½ Orange
- •5g frozen berries
Garnish
- •Frozen Berries (Strawberries)
- •Mint sprig
- Bar spoon
Method
- 1Pour the wine in the jar (1L) with cubed ice
- 2Add the fruits, liqueur and puree into a jar
- 3Stir the wine and the fruits
- 4Top up with soda water
