Ingredients

  • •350ml Dry Red Wine
  • •40ml Peach Liquor
  • •150ml Fanta
  • •Cut fruit in small triangles
  • •½ Apple
  • •½ Lime
  • •½ Orange
  • •5g frozen berries

Garnish

  • •Orange Slice
  • •Mint sprig
  • Bar spoon

Method

  1. 1Pour the wine in the jar (1L) with cubed ice
  2. 2Add the fruits and the liqueur into a jar
  3. 3Stir the wine and the fruits
  4. 4Top up with fanta

Plating

Carafe with Wine Glass
