  • •20ml Elderflower Syrup
  • •20ml Otto’s Athens Vermouth
  • •150ml Soda
  • •Frozen Berries
  • •1l
  • •300ml OB Rose Wine
  • •60ml Elderflower Syrup
  • •60ml Otto’s Athens Vermouth
  • •450ml Soda
  • •Frozen Berries

Garnish

  • •Rosemary
  • •Frozen Berries
  • •Dry Orange

Method

  1. 1Put ice into a balloon glass
  2. 2Pour all the ingredients except for the soda
  3. 3Add the soda
  4. 4Stir gently
  5. 5Add the garnish

Jar 1l and wine glass
