Ingredients
- •20ml Mojito Mint Syrup
- •40ml Bacardi Carta Blanca Rum
- •20ml Lime Juice
- •25ml Strawberry Puree
- •150ml Soda
- •1l
- •3 Lime Wedges
- •60ml Mojito Mint Syrup
- •120ml Bacardi Carta Blanca Rum
- •60ml Lime Juice
- •60ml Strawberry Puree
- •400ml Soda
- •6 Lime Wedges
Garnish
- •Mint Leaves
Method
- 1Add the mojito mint syrup and strawberry puree
- 2Add the lime juice
- 3Add the mint leaves
- 4Stir gently
- 5Fill the carafe with ice
- 6Add rum and top up with soda
- 7Add crushed ice (only for 250ml)
- 8Stir very well!
- 9Add garnishing
