Baklava warmed and served with syrup and cream or ice cream.

  • •1 pc Baklava + 15ml Syrup OR 2 pc Baklava + 30ml Syrup
  • •15ml Whipped cream OR 60ml (1 flat scoop) Vanilla ice cream

Equipment

  • •Ice Cream Scoop

Method

  1. 1Serve on a small coloured plate.
  2. 2Heat the Baklava for 30 seconds in the microwave then spoon the syrup over the Baklava.
  3. 3Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or cream.
