Caramelized Biscuit Milkshake (Large)

Ingredients

Small milkshake

  • •200ml Vanilla ice cream (3 scoops)
  • •30ml Full cream milk
  • •20ml Caramelised Cookie Syrup

Large milkshake

  • •350ml Vanilla ice cream (5 scoops)
  • •60ml Full cream milk
  • •30ml Caramelised Cookie Syrup

Garnish

  • •5ml Caramelised Cookie Syrup (decorate the inside of the glass)
  • •1g Sprinkles
  • •1 Wafer biscuit

Equipment

  • Ice cream scoop
  • Blender

Method

  1. 1Place vanilla ice cream in milkshake canister / blender.
  2. 2Add full cream milk.
  3. 3Add the Caramelised Cookie Syrup.
  4. 4Blend in your milkshake machine / blender until smooth and thick.
  5. 5Decorate the inside of the glass with a drizzle of Caramelised Cookie Syrup.
  6. 6Pour the milkshake into the glass.

Plating

Milkshake glass (small or large). Serve with a straw.
