A blended ice-cream cocktail in the guest's choice of Amarula, Kahlua or Whiskey.

Dairy

Ingredients

  • •50ml Kahlua OR
  • •50ml Amarula OR
  • •50ml Whiskey
  • •180ml (3-4 scoops) Vanilla ice-cream

Garnish

  • •Amarula (Garnish with Hot choc powder)
  • •Kahlua (Garnish with 3 Coffee Beans)
  • •Whiskey (No Garnish)

Equipment

  • •Ice Cream Scoop
  • •Shot measure
  • Blender
  • •Straw

Method

  1. 1Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
  2. 2Pour into wine glass.
  3. 3Serve with a straw.

Wine glass, serve with a straw
