A blended frozen mojito with fresh mint, served single or as a 1L carafe.

Ingredients

Single serving

  • •125ml Mojito (1 serving)
  • •2 mint leaves
  • •160g - 180g Ice

1l Carafe

  • •3 x 125ml Mojito (3 servings)
  • •480-500g Ice
  • •4 mint leaves

Garnish

  • •1 Lemon slice
  • •1 Lemon slice
  • •1 Mint sprig

1 L Carafe

  • •2 Lemon slices
  • •1 Mint sprig (Large)

Equipment

  • Ice Scoop
  • Half straw
  • Blender

Method

  1. 1Blend the Mojito mix with ice and the mint leaves until well blended and thick.
  2. 2Garnish with the lemon slice and the last mint sprig.

Plating

Carafe: 1L Carafe / Single serve: Tumbler or Water glass

Tips

  • •The cocktail should have small green flecks in after blending, this is from the blended mint leaves.
  • •When serving a 1L carafe, garnish the glasses that are presented with the carafe.
