- •125ml Mojito (1 serving)
- •2 mint leaves
- •160g - 180g Ice
- •Garnish: 1 Lemon slice, 1 Mint sprig
- •1L Carafe:
- •3 X 125ml Mojito (3 servings)
- •480-500g Ice
- •4 mint leaves
- •Garnish: 2 Lemon slices, 1 Mint sprig (large)

Plating
Carafe: 1L Carafe / Single serve: Tumbler or Water glass
Tips
- •The cocktail should have small green flecks in after blending, this is from the blended mint leaves.
- •When serving a 1L carafe, garnish the glasses that are presented with the carafe.
