🍋 Frozen Passion Mango Cooler

Ingredients

Single serving

  • •125ml Passion Mango Cooler mix
  • •4 Mint leaves
  • •160-180g Ice

Carafe (1L)

  • •3 x 125ml Passion Mango Cooler mix
  • •8 Mint leaves
  • •480-500g Ice

Garnish

  • •1 Lemon slice
  • •1 Mint sprig

Equipment

  • Ice scoop
  • Half straw
  • Blender

Method

  1. 1Decant the Passion Mango Cooler into the blender.
  2. 2Add the ice. (Pour off any excess water before adding the ice to the blender.)
  3. 3Add the mint leaves.
  4. 4Blend until liquid becomes a slushy texture.
  5. 5Decant into a water tumbler or carafe.
  6. 6Garnish with a lemon slice and a sprig of mint.

Plating

Carafe: 1L carafe. Single serve: tumbler / water glass. Serve with a straw.

Tips

  • •Always weigh the ice!
  • •When starting your shift, prepare a few half straws, so they are ready for service.
  • •When serving a 1L carafe, garnish the glasses that are presented with the carafe.
