🍹 Frozen Passion Mango Mojito

Blended frozen tropical mojito with fresh mint.

Ingredients

Single serving

  • •125ml Tropical Mojito mix
  • •4 Mint leaves
  • •160-180g Ice

Carafe (1L)

  • •3 x 125ml Tropical Mojito mix
  • •8 Mint leaves
  • •480-500g Ice

Garnish

  • •1 Lemon slice
  • •1 Mint sprig (large)

Equipment

  • Ice scoop
  • Half straw
  • Blender

Method

  1. 1Decant the Passion Mango Mojito into the blender.
  2. 2Add the ice. (Pour off any excess water before adding the ice to the blender.)
  3. 3Add the mint leaves.
  4. 4Blend until the liquid becomes a slushy texture.
  5. 5Decant into a water tumbler or carafe.
  6. 6Garnish with a lemon slice and a sprig of mint.

Plating

Carafe: 1L carafe. Single serve: tumbler / water glass. Serve with a straw.

Tips

  • •The cocktail should have small green flecks after blending, from the blended mint leaves.
  • •Always weigh the ice!
  • •When serving a 1L carafe, garnish the glasses that are presented with the carafe.
