🍹 Frozen Pina Colada
A blended frozen pina colada garnished with pineapple and lime, served single or as a 1L carafe.

Ingredients
- •Single serving:
- •125ml Pina Colada (1 serving)
- •160g - 180g Ice
- •Carafe:
- •3 X 125ml Pina Colada (3 servings)
- •480g - 500g Ice
Garnish
- •Fresh pineapple triangle
- •1 Lime slice
Equipment
- •Ice Scoop
- •Half straw
- Blender
Method
- 1Decant the Pina Colada into the blender.
- 2Add the ice. (Pour off any excess water before adding the ice to the blender.)
- 3Blend until liquid becomes a slushy texture.
- 4Decant into a Water tumbler or carafe.
- 5Garnish with a fresh pineapple triangle and a slice of lime.
Plating
Carafe: 1L Carafe / Single serve: Tumbler or Water glass
Tips
- •Pineapples are seasonal. If you cannot find pineapples, garnish with a lemon wheel.
- •When starting your shift, prepare a few Half straws, so they are ready for service.
- •When serving a 1L carafe, garnish the glasses that are presented with the carafe.
