A lemon or lime wheel cut to wedge onto the side of a glass.

Ingredients

  • •Cocktail glass (Tumbler / Water glass)
  • •1 Lemon wheel

Method

  1. 1Wash the lemon / lime carefully.
  2. 2Slice across the lemon / lime, making a slice about 5mm thick.
  3. 3Make a small slice in the bottom of the lemon / lime wheel, to enable you to wedge it onto the side of the glass.
