🍦 Marcel's Yoghurt Sticks

Pre-made frozen yoghurt sticks served on a plate in the guest's choice of flavour.

  • •Marcel's Frozen yoghurt stick (Guest's choice of flavour)

  • •Freezer

Method

  1. 1Remove the required flavour and number of yoghurt sticks from the freezer.
  2. 2Carefully open the silver wrapping, and remove the yoghurt stick. Be careful not to touch the coating of the frozen yoghurt stick.
  3. 3Place on a small plate with a serviette on it.
  4. 4Should guest's order more than 1 yoghurt stick, place up to 3 on a small plate with a serviette on it.
  5. 5For 4 or more, use more plates.

Tips

  • •Always keep the Yoghurt sticks in the freezer, in their marked boxes.
  • •Handle the Yoghurt sticks with care to avoid breaking and cracking.
  • •There might be some hairline cracks in the coating. This is in order.
  • •Do not serve any Yoghurt sticks that are crushed or badly broken to guests.
  • •Yoghurt sticks are packed in individual foil packs stating flavour, production date and Best before date.
