🍹 Peach-Rita

Peach Red Bull with a shot of tequila.

Ingredients

  • •1 can Peach Red Bull
  • •1 x 25ml Shot Tequila (Olmeca Blanco)
  • •6-8 Ice cubes, crushed in blender (approx. 130g)
  • •20g Pineapple cubes

Garnish

  • •1 Lemon slice
  • •1
  • •1 Large Mint sprig

Equipment

  • Ice scoop
  • Half straw
  • Blender

Method

  1. 1Crush the ice in a blender with a splash of water.
  2. 2Fill the glass with 130g crushed ice.
  3. 3Add the cubes of fresh pineapple to the ice.
  4. 4Pour the shot of tequila into the glass and top off with the can of Peach Red Bull.
  5. 5Garnish with a lemon slice, a and a large mint sprig.

Plating

Wine glass. Serve with a straw.

Tips

  • •Always weigh the ice!
  • •Ensure you add a bit of water to the ice when blending to assist the blender to crush the ice.
