🍍 Pineapple Wedge

A pineapple wedge cut to sit on the side of a cocktail glass.

Ingredients

  • •Cocktail glass (Tumbler / Water glass)
  • •1 Pineapple

Method

  1. 1Wash the pineapple carefully.
  2. 2Slice across the pineapple, making a slice about 1cm thick.
  3. 3Cut the slice in half, and then in half again.
  4. 4Cut the quarter in half to make a wedge.
  5. 5Make a small slice in the bottom of the wedge, to enable you to wedge it onto the side of the glass.
