Ingredients

Method

  1. 1Clean and butterfly prawns.
  2. 2Grill the prawns according to OB grilling standards.
  3. 3Plate as per the image on a .
  4. 4Place 12 x grilled Prawns on the starch and the other 12 on the other side of the platter - all heads facing in the same direction.
  5. 5Pour 60ml into two sauce bowls and place on the platter.
  6. 6Garnish with two lemon wedges.
