🍓 Strawberry Cooler
A blended frozen strawberry cooler garnished with fresh strawberry and mint, served single or as a 1L carafe.

Ingredients
- •Single serving:
- •125ml Strawberry Cooler (1 serving)
- •160g - 180g Ice
- •Carafe:
- •3 X 125ml Strawberry Cooler (3 servings)
- •480g - 500g Ice
Garnish
- •Fresh strawberry
- •Sprig of mint
Equipment
- •Ice Scoop
- •Half straw
- Blender
Method
- 1Decant the Strawberry Cooler into the blender.
- 2Add the ice. (Pour off any excess water before adding the ice to the blender.)
- 3Blend until the liquid becomes a slushy texture.
- 4Decant into a Water tumbler or carafe.
- 5Garnish with the lemon slice and the mint leaves.
Plating
Carafe: 1L Carafe / Single serve: Tumbler or Water glass
Tips
- •When starting your shift, prepare a few Half straws, so they are ready for service.
- •When serving a 1L carafe, garnish the glasses that are presented with the carafe.
