Sweet and Spicy Sauce Prep

Ingredients

1 Litre

  • •800ml Teriyaki sauce (for 1L batch)
  • •200ml Tabasco Sriracha sauce (for 1L batch)

500 ML

  • •400ml Teriyaki sauce (for 500ml batch)
  • •100ml Tabasco Sriracha sauce (for 500ml batch)

Equipment

  • 1x squeeze bottle
  • Bowl
  • Spoon
  • Funnel
  • Scale

Method

  1. 1Pour ingredients into a measuring jug and mix.
  2. 2Pour the ingredients together in a 1L squeezy bottle and shake well.
  3. 3Store in the fridge after service.

Notes

  • •Shelf life: 3-4 weeks refrigerated.
