Watermelon Strawberry Red Bull
Ingredients
- •1 can Watermelon Red Bull
- •1 x 25ml Shot Gin (Gordon's)
- •20g Strawberries, cut into cubes
- •6-8 Ice cubes, crushed in blender (approx. 130g)
Garnish
- •1 Lemon slice
- •Half strawberry
- •1 Large mint sprig
Equipment
- Ice scoop
- Half straw
- Blender
Method
- 1Crush the ice in a blender with a splash of water.
- 2Fill the glass with 130g crushed ice.
- 3Add the cubes of fresh strawberries to the ice.
- 4Pour the shot of gin into the glass and top off with the can of Watermelon Red Bull.
- 5Garnish with a lemon slice, half a strawberry and a large mint sprig.
