Dynamite sauce

Ingredients

  • •1 L Sriracha sauce
  • •0.5 L Chilli and Garlic sauce
  • •1 Kg Premium Mayonnaise

Equipment

  • •Big basin
  • Whisk
  • Sealable container
  • 1 x Squeezy bottle

Method

  1. 1Place all the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. 2Whisk well, until all the ingredients are blended together.
  3. 3Pour into a sealable container.
  4. 4Chill
  5. 5Decant into a Squeezy bottle for daily use.

Tips

  • •Ponzu sauce can be kept for 2 weeks.
  • •Must be dated and stored in a sealable contain
